The IMPACT traineeship aligns with our strategic vision and values. The emphasis is on developing your individual competencies that match our core strategy. This programme provides you with the tools and mindset for personal growth while actively contributing to the ongoing success of Van Oord.

During the 18-month programme, you will be part of a group of 24 trainees and gain practical experience in various fields of our organisation in an international setting. The programme offers a structured approach to your development and consists of three blocks of six months, alternating between office periods and work periods.

A traineeship is all about learning, developing yourself, and growing. We provide plenty of space for that and will support you in the following;
