Flavour Creation Laboratory Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Compounding of flavor formulae created by our flavorists.
• Proactively suggest solutions to solve technical issues.
• Apply flavors and flavor samples in standard tasting mediums and participate to tasting sessions with our Flavorists.
• Managing part of the stock of flavor raw materials.
• Preparation and monitoring of samples shipments.
• Coordination of sample transfers to other departments (Subsidiaries, Application and Quality Control labs etc.).
• Carry out measurements on flavor samples compounded in the laboratory (Flash Point, Density, Viscosity, Stability tests).
• Maintain a clean laboratory environment following HS&E policies and good laboratory practices.

You Bring:

• 2-3 years of professional experience working in laboratory environment (experience in chemical sector would be a significant asset).
• Team spirit and collaboration mindset.
• Autonomy, accuracy, and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of classical IT tools and digital experience.
• Ability to quickly integrate into a new team and collaborative spirit.
• Fluently communication skills in French and English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
