At this role main responsibilities are connected with customer engagement management and patient journey. It's expected to strive to achieve local organization objectives and targets for a specific account(s). Also, this is role is responsible for establishing and implementing a sales/business plan for a designated client base or implementation of a specific sales program to effectively support the patient journey and properly position Novartis and its brands.

About the Role

Major accountabilities:

  • Responsible for driving sales, promotional and developmental activities in the designated accounts to reach commercial goals
  • Create customer development strategy and translate it into action plans
  • Establish and develop long-term relationships with key customers
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their needs and objectives
  • Guide initiatives of the company launches
  • Organize customer events and other programs independently or with marketing/medical department, in line with agreed business tactical plans
  • Contribute to the process of mapping stakeholders, including customer segmentation
  • Timely provide accurate data for the internal CRM system

Key performance indicators:

  • Sales revenue and revenue growth
  • Operating budget accountability

Job Requirements :

Education (minimum/desirable):

University degree in Pharmacy, Medicine or Stomatology

Established knowledge of MS Office – Word, Power Point, Excel

Work Experience:

  • At least 2 years of proven track records (Primary and Secondary Care) in pharma environment
  • Overall pharma business understanding
  • Key account management experience

Languages :

Fluency in English language
