This position will be responsible for providing customer support to our customers; assist customers across a broad range of areas including account and billing-related inquiries, technical support, product information and training. This role will need to coordinate with various departments to ensure swift resolution to all customer queries. Customer Helpdesk 業務内容: 勤務地:日本オフィス(もしくは韓国オフィス) オンライン製品の操作方法や請求書などに関するお問い合わせ全般を電話、メール、チャットで対応。 主に韓国のお客様のサポートをしながら、日本のお客様もサポートいただきます。 求める人材: - カスタマーサポート業務に2年以上携わった方。 - オンラインリサーチ、司書業務、eコマース、法務、知財業務の経験があれば尚可。 - 優れたコミュニケーション能力とプレゼンテーション能力。 - 顧客からのクレーム対応、トラブルシューティング、解決経験。 - 流暢な韓国語と日本語。 (英語堪能であれば尚可) - MS Word、Outlook、Excel、PowerPoint、CRMの使用経験。 求める能力: - 単独で、またチームの一員として働くことができる。 - 様々な製品に関するお客様のニーズをよく理解するため、忍耐強く、注意深く耳を傾けることができる。 - 仕事量や緊急の技術的な問題などプレッシャーのかかる状況下でも仕事ができる。 - 様々なビジネスシステムと連携し、問題を解決することができる。 - 毎日異なるタスクに取り組み、マルチタスクをこなせる時間管理能力のある方。 - 顧客との良好な関係を維持できる。 - 自己管理と問題解決能力のある方。 - 学習意欲があり、ビジネスプロセスを素早く把握できる方。 About the job This position will be responsible for providing customer support to our customers; assist customers across a broad range of areas including account and billing-related inquiries, technical support, product information and training. Ensure inquiries are handled in a timely manner and good quality. Strive to deliver exceptional customer support. Closely co-operate with internal stakeholders where required. Customer oriented and good problem-solving skills. Drive good scores from customer survey. Willing to learn new products. Capable to adapt to change. Requirements: Bachelor Degree At least 2 years in a Customer Support position. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience in handling customer complaints, troubleshooting and resolution. Fluent Korean (Fluent English & Japanese will be a plus.) Experience with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and utilizing a CRM. Experience in online research, librarianship, e-commerce, Legal and IP market will be preferred. Ensure our service levels are met. Ensure inquiries are handled in a timely manner and good quality. Strive to deliver exceptional customer support. Closely co-operate with internal stakeholders where required Customer Focus Customer oriented and good problem-solving skills. Drive good scores from customer survey.
