Customer Success Internship - Summer 2026

We are looking for an Intern to join our Customer Team for an exciting and developing experience for the summer in our Amsterdam office. At NORNORM, you will become a vital part of our Customer Success team and support the team with implementations and customer relations.

NORNORM is a start-up developing a sustainable and subscription-based solution for furnishing future workplaces, with offices in Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Stockholm, London and Berlin.

Our fully integrated service covers everything from initial workspace design and installation to adapting layouts, and the repair and replacement of all our “better-than-new” pieces. All this ensures a workspace continuously maximises its impact without compromising its benefits for people, business, or the planet.

The role

As an Intern at NORNORM, you will support the Customer Success team with implementations and customer relations.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Assisting the Customer Team with flexible services, for example advising customers who require functional changes to the installed design solutions.
• Assisting the Customer Team in customer outreach prioritization, mapping our customer portfolio, and assisting in outreach activities.
• Supporting the Customer Team with daily administrative tasks in our CRM systems.

You will also be expected to:

• Manage several projects simultaneously and prioritize accordingly.
• Identify improvements in our ways of working.

About you:

You are in your last year of Bachelor or Master studies with a background in business, law, hospitality or spatial design.

You are willing to work in a startup with a fast-paced environment and use your problem-solving skills when facing challenges. In addition, we value the following qualifications and competencies:

• Excellent communication skills
• Persistence and a positive attitude
• Ability to work in an organized and structured manner, consistently meeting deadlines
• Fluency in both Dutch and English is a hard requirement
• Fluency in French and/or Spanish would be an advantage
• Interest in office space design and circular business models would be an advantage
• While previous experience is not required, any prior experience will be considered an advantage

Additionally, we are seeking someone who is highly organized and structured in their approach to work, as this quality is essential for success in this role.
