Join Rituals’ in-house Creative Agency as a Brand Operations Producer, where you help (co)create visual assets and ensure the right art direction is captured.

Share your talents

As Brand Operations Producer within our Brand Agency, you are the operational core behind our creative delivery. You bring structure to busy schedules, strengthen workflows, and keep post-production moving so our creative teams can focus on craft. From planning and capacity to suppliers and asset management, you make sure priorities are clear and delivery is ready, especially when timelines shift and complexity rises.

You sit at the heart of creative operations, connecting producers, creative leads and stakeholders with calm, practical coordination. You’ll build visibility through tools and clear communication, and you’ll keep handovers smooth and expectations aligned. You’ll also help us improve the way we work, including smarter use of automation and AI to reduce manual steps. In short: you help our creative operation scale, without losing quality or care.

In this role you will:

  • Manage the master production & post-production calendar in Asana, ensuring timelines and milestones are always accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate and track post-production workflows (edits, retouching, versioning), ensuring smooth handovers and on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Keep stakeholders aligned on priorities, timing and expectations; escalate risks early.
  • Manage suppliers directly: briefing, planning alignment, delivery follow-up, quality control and problem solving.
  • Monitor workloads and capacity across teams and suppliers; flag bottlenecks early and propose practical solutions.
  • Lead DAM asset management and implementation, improving workflows, metadata and findability so teams can easily re-use existing assets and reduce unnecessary new creation.
  • Identify and implement AI/automation opportunities within workflows to reduce manual work and improve turnaround times across creative operations.
  • Maintain project management tools, trackers, and status boards to provide consistent, accurate information for daily operations and planning.
  • Act as the connective tissue between producers, operations, and creative leads, ensuring everyone has visibility and clarity.

Bring all of you

What you bring:

You have a solid background in creative operations, production management or post-production coordination, and you enjoy bringing calm and structure to fast-moving creative environments. You’re someone who naturally creates clarity: you plan ahead, keep stakeholders aligned, and make sure handovers and approvals run smoothly. You stay practical when priorities shift, and you’re confident working with suppliers to keep delivery on track and to standard. You also like improving how things work behind the scenes: spotting patterns, simplifying steps, and exploring automation or AI where it genuinely helps.

To be successful in this role, you:

  • Have several years of experience in creative operations, post-production coordination, production management, or a similar role within an in-house studio, creative agency, or production environment.
  • Bring strong project and production planning skills, including master calendars, timelines, milestones, capacity tracking and forecasting.
  • Know how to run post-production workflows end-to-end (edits/retouching/versioning) and keep delivery tracking on schedule.
  • Have experience managing vendors and suppliers, including briefing, alignment, follow-up, quality control and issue resolution.
  • Work comfortably with operational tools and workflows: Asana dashboards/status boards/trackers, DAM asset operations (uploading, metadata basics, governance and findability), and process standardisation (templates, SOPs, intake, handovers, approvals and RACI), plus a mindset for AI/automation and operational reporting (KPIs, progress updates and risk logs).
