How you create impact

As a Team Leader Business Support, you will manage the Stock Control and System Engineering teams to safeguard inventory accuracy, ensure reliable WMS performance, and drive continuous improvements across the warehouse. You bring leadership, analytical thinking, and a strong affinity for logistics operations.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5–6 Stock Controllers and System Engineers.
• Ensure high stock accuracy by analysing trends, movements, discrepancies, and adjustments.
• Drive root cause analysis for issues and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee and support WMS engineers, ensuring processes run smoothly.
• Maintain close collaboration with warehouse operations and understand process pain points.
• Step in to support your team during peak workloads or operational challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage the roadmap for your department.
• Foster a motivated, energetic, and improvement-focused team culture.
• Communicate clearly and constructively, including handling difficult conversations when required.

What we would like you to bring

• Ideally an HBO degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field — or equivalent experience in a logistics/warehouse environment.
• Preferred experience in stock control, including stock accuracy, discrepancies, stock movements, and trend recognition.
• Quick learner who easily understands and adapts to systems, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong analytical skills with proven ability to perform root cause analysis and define effective and sustainable solutions.
• Affinity with logistics and warehouse operations and understanding of operational processes.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support a small team.
• Comfortable having direct, constructive, and solution-focused conversations.
• Continuous improvement mindset with the drive to help develop and strengthen the department.
• English fluency required; Dutch preferred.
