Accenture is looking for a people-oriented Sales Manager to guide, mentor, develop and inspire a team of multilingual Agency Account & Partner Managers within a client’s digital marketing environment. You will drive measurable outcomes by helping businesses build brand awareness, increase product sales, and more through the client’s ad solutions on a cutting-edge social media platform. This role involves coaching and developing a world-class team focused on creating delightful customer experiences through focused sales plays and account management in a fun and enriching work environment. In addition to leading a team, you will develop programs to scale operations, solve customer problems upstream, and grow revenues by delivering a world-class customer sales experience to millions of customers. Your customers and your team are top priorities, and you will mentor and coach Agency Account Managers to exceed expectations while proactively identifying sales opportunities and improving team workflows. Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-performing team of Agency Account & Partner Managers supporting and scaling existing agencies and their advertisers.
  • Manage KPIs, ensure deliverables are exceeded, and revenue targets are achieved.
  • Identify barriers and opportunities to improve productivity and success.
  • Develop, coach, and manage the Agency team to ensure operational excellence.
  • Identify top talent and participate in hiring/interview processes to build and maintain a high-performing team.
  • Motivate and inspire the team in a goal- and results-oriented way to deliver against agreed KPIs and targets.
  • Conduct weekly one-to-ones with team members to assess performance against objectives.
  • Drive quality of salesmanship across the team to maintain rigour and push for revenue.
  • Provide leadership, support, and development to team members, building on individual strengths to drive optimum performance.
  • Ensure all client SLA targets are met, including performance management, people management, transition management, recruitment, quality management, and policy communication.
