Join Rituals’ in-house Creative Agency as a Senior Concept Designer, (co)creating visual assets and shaping art direction to capture our iconic brand.
Role overview
As a Senior Concept Designer you are a key creative force within the Brand Agency, part of the Brand & Concepts team. You collaborate closely with Art Directors, Concept Designers and Concept Writers.
This role sits at the heart of brand evolution at campaign level. You shape concepts that translate brand strategy, defined brand pillars and cultural relevance into distinctive Rituals visual worlds.
You strengthen the concept layer of the brand by defining frameworks, building visual systems and ensuring long-term consistency across campaigns and activations. Rather than focusing primarily on execution, you create the structured foundations that guide and elevate execution across touchpoints.
You combine strong conceptual thinking with advanced hands-on design skills, translating frameworks into tangible visual explorations, layouts and creative outputs when needed.
Operating at campaign and visual system level, you build clarity, cohesion and scalability within the established brand direction.
Your focus is to elevate creative quality through strong concept thinking, structured frameworks and high-level design craftsmanship, helping the Brand Agency move toward a more professional, concept-driven way of working.
