What you will be doing

You will join our UX design team. Together with your fellow design colleagues you will drive research & design for a variety of topics like UX strategy, feature innovation and design, design system, and collaborate on a daily basis with our product feature teams. You will investigate and synthesise needs and opportunities to inform design solutions that balance human experience, business value and technical feasibility.

Your profile

As a Senior UX Designer, you bring 5+ years of experience designing new digital products and services using human-centred design practices. You think beyond individual features and understand how user experience, business goals, and technical constraints come together in real-world products. You can articulate why a design works, not just what it looks like. You are passionate about solving design challenges together with a team of other creatives, designers, and developers, and strive to deliver useful, user-friendly and magnificent work.

You can

• Own the end-to-end design process for your projects, from problem discovery and research to prototyping, high-fidelity design, and handover
• Design holistically across the product by translating user, business, and technical needs into clear user flows, interaction models, wireframes, and high-quality interfaces
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers and designers, integrating feedback and contributing to strategic improvements
• Facilitate and contribute to workshops, design reviews, and stakeholder sessions, clearly presenting and defending design decisions while maintaining a strong user-centred focus
• Validate, iterate and improve design solutions through prototyping and testing, using both qualitative and quantitative insights
• Apply and contribute to improving design documentation and design principles

You have

• 5+ years of relevant work experience designing SaaS products in B2B environments
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a design-related field such as Industrial Design, Interaction Design, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or similar
• A portfolio with at least 5 case studies / projects demonstrating complex products and clear UX
• A user-centric mindset and solid understanding of usability, accessibility and user-centred design practices
• The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and drive alignment
• A real passion for learning new technologies and hunger to innovate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience using AI tools, such as Figma Make, Claude and more, in your workflow
• Experience designing for AI-powered experiences
• Skills in visual, technical, or service design
• Experience with copywriting / marketing communications / coding / data science / analytics / cognitive psychology or similar
