Senior Product Designer

We're looking for an experience Senior Product Designer who knows how to ship high-quality product experiences across app and web

You will initially focus on in-app community experiences, but you will work across the broader consumer product over time, bringing the craft, speed, and judgment of a strong product design generalist.

You’ve done this many times before. You take ideas from early concept to shipped product and ensure the final experience is clear, polished, and impactful for real users.

You are a builder. You like doing the work — shaping ideas, designing interfaces, prototyping interactions, and working closely with engineers to make things real. You move work forward without hiding behind complex processes or oversized scopes.

You combine strong craft with clear thinking. You understand that product design and business strategy go hand in hand. You start with a hypothesis, use research or data where it helps, and rely on experience and intuition to shape solutions that deliver real impact.

You consistently deliver thoughtful, high-quality product experiences that work in the real world. You explore ideas, test assumptions, and refine interactions until the experience feels clear and coherent, knowing when to explore and when to commit. Your focus is always on turning opportunities into meaningful improvements that reach users.

You bring strong craft

You bring strong visual and interaction design skills and a portfolio that demonstrates polished digital products. You care about hierarchy, motion, responsiveness, and clarity — the details that shape how a product feels in everyday use — and you use craft intentionally to create experiences that are intuitive, coherent, and enjoyable.

You build and prototype

You move easily between tools depending on what the problem requires, designing in Figma, prototyping ideas with AI tools, experimenting in tools like Cursor or Claude Code, or using simple code when it helps communicate an idea more clearly. You choose the tools that help the team learn fastest and focus on building things that can be tested, shipped, and improved.

You think clearly

You approach product problems with structured thinking, starting with a hypothesis and connecting ideas to research, data, and observed user behaviour. At the same time, you rely on experience and intuition developed from designing real products, communicating your reasoning clearly and collaborating closely with engineers, product managers, and researchers to move ideas forward.

Experience we’re looking for:

• You have at least 7 years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products and a portfolio that demonstrates strong visual and interaction design.

• You are highly proficient in Figma and comfortable working with modern tools for prototyping and building product ideas.

• You have worked in fast-moving environments where designers take ownership and help shape product direction.

Naturally, being passionate and knowledgeable about podcasts, audio content, media, and entertainment is a big plus!
