About this role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our "Beyond the App" initiative within our Product Incubator team. This role will drive our strategic expansion into emerging consumer platforms and devices, ensuring our customers can seamlessly purchase across social platforms, chat applications, smart devices, and other cutting-edge consumer touchpoints.

Reporting to: Senior Group Product Manager

These are some of the key components to the position:

• Collaboratively define product vision for commerce beyond traditional mobile and web applications
• Drive strategy and execution to actively shape the future of commerce across conversational, AI, and social consumer channels and device ecosystems
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and legal teams to expand JET’s offering across existing & emerging consumer platforms
• Own and manage strategic partnerships with third party device and platform partners, together with internal commercial partners and stakeholders
• Own end-to-end product development for cross-platform commerce experiences
• Drive technical integration roadmaps and API partnership implementations
• Conduct and coordinate market research to identify emerging platform opportunities and trends - ensuring JET is always ahead of our competitors

What will you bring to the team?

• Prior experience in a Senior or Lead Product Manager role
• Proven track record of successful 3rd party integrations and partnership management
• Technical fluency to work effectively with engineering teams on API integrations
• Experience with emerging commerce channels (social commerce, conversational AI, IoT)
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making and A/B testing experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Entrepreneurial and growth mindset with comfort in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
