About this role

Join our Sales Strategy and Operations (SSO) team to bridge the gap between complex data engineering and strategic business reporting. In this pivotal role, you will lead by designing scalable analytics solutions and deliver a “single version of the truth” for our global sales organization. We care about creating impact through collaboration, ensuring our Agentic Artificial Intelligence (AI) Salesforce ecosystem drives sales acceleration. You'll translate massive datasets into reliable insights that empower every food moment.

These are some of the key components to the position:

  • Lead the centralization of dashboards and reporting to ensure global consistency in data definitions and tools.
  • Design and maintain resilient data pipelines within the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to connect Salesforce with our data platform.
  • Drive excellence by building the data foundation for Propensity Models and Knowledge Bases to improve recommendation relevancy.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Sales Strategy and Acceleration teams, translating complex problems into robust data requirements.
  • Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams to prioritize outcomes that achieve collective business goals.
  • Govern highly scalable data infrastructure, focusing on translating CRM and partner datasets into strategic sales metrics.
  • Deliver in-depth Customer Relationship Management (CRM) analytics and performance scorecards to drive measurable business impact.

What will you bring to the team?

  • Expertise in technical tools including Structured Query Language (SQL), Python, Google BigQuery, and Data Build Tool (DBT).
  • Proven ability to deliver impactful wins within commercial environments like Sales or Marketing.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for translating complex data insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Significant experience managing and optimizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, specifically Salesforce.
  • Analytical mindset capable of benchmarking partner performance and tracking competitive intelligence to inform strategy.
  • Commitment to collaborative growth and a proactive approach to solving complex business challenges.
