Junior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant

Are you at the start of your career and eager to develop yourself within a business-critical ERP landscape in an international environment? As a Junior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant at Lely, you are part of the team responsible for the further rollout and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across multiple international locations.

You support the implementation and continuous development of the platform from a functional perspective. Guided by experienced colleagues, you learn how to translate business processes into suitable MSBC solutions and actively contribute to a stable and future-proof ERP environment that supports Lely’s global operations.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Supporting the implementation and further rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across different business locations.
• Analyzing business processes and contributing to the translation of requirements into functional MSBC solutions.
• Supporting configuration, testing, data migration and user acceptance testing in collaboration with internal teams and partners.
• Supporting key users and business stakeholders with questions and day-to-day system usage.
• Contributing to documentation, work instructions and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Collaborating with colleagues from IT, the business and external implementation partners.

Wat is jouw ervaring?

You are an early-career professional with a strong interest in ERP systems and business processes. You are eager to learn, analytical and motivated to develop yourself at the intersection of business and IT within an international context.

You bring:

• A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree, for example in Business IT, Information Systems, Computer Science or a comparable field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a strong motivation to develop yourself in this area.
• Affinity with ERP systems and data-driven processes.
• Interested in business processes such as finance, operations and/or logistics.
• An analytical mindset and the ability to quickly understand processes.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with different stakeholders.
• Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
