Marketing Assistant

We’re looking for a Junior Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing day-to-day activities and content. This is an ideal role for someone at the start of their marketing career who wants to learn fast, maybe just graduated and is ready to gain hands-on experience, and work closely with senior marketers across different projects.

You’ll help with content creation, research, and operational tasks that keep our marketing engine running, from preparing learning content and writing blog posts to supporting in-app communication, sales materials, and campaign execution.

Content & communication

• Help create and edit content for blogs, newsletters, and in-app messages

• Draft basic blog posts and perform research for content development

• Support with writing and updating marketing copy

• Assist in preparing learning materials and communication for our platform

Video & learning content

• Edit and segment videos into chapters for our learning platform

• Support with basic video editing and content formatting

• Organise and maintain content libraries

Research & analysis

• Conduct market research and industry analysis to provide insights for marketing activities

• Gather insights and data for campaigns and strategic projects

• Perform competitor research and trend analysis

Sales & marketing collateral

• Assist in creating and updating sales decks and marketing collateral

• Support with presentations, one-pagers, and internal materials

Operations & collaboration

• Maintain and update internal documentation (e.g. Confluence pages)

• Assist with campaign setup and execution

• Help manage content calendars and deadlines

• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure timely execution of tasks and projects

• Support internal coordination between teams

Your profile

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, media, or a related field

• Strong affinity with technology

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)

• Interest in digital marketing, content, and media

• Comfortable working with tools like Confluence / CMS / basic video tools (or eager to learn)

• Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive

• Curious mindset and willingness to learn from senior team members

Nice to have (but not required)

• Basic experience with video editing tools

• Experience writing blog posts or social content

• Familiarity with SaaS, tech, or learning platforms

• Basic understanding of SEO or content marketing
