Build the foundation that makes data scalable, trusted and ready for AI.

You don’t just build dashboards. You help define how data is viewed across the company, in a way that is consistent, scalable, and trusted.

You care about clarity, performance, and governance just as much as visual polish. You create standards, models, and ways of working that help colleagues make better decisions, fast and without needing a data expert in the room.

At Basic-Fit, your analytics solutions support teams working every day for millions of members across Europe. What you design today will be used by Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership.

You’ll join the central Data Platform Team, focusing on how data is consumed across the business.

In a typical week, you might:

• Define and drive Power BI standards for data models, visuals, performance, and governance
• Enable self-service analytics by defining templates, guidelines, and best practices
• Design and improve shared dashboards and semantic models used across multiple departments
• Manage core datasets, semantic layers, and shared business metrics
• Optimize Power BI performance, refresh strategies, and overall platform cost
• Manage access, roles, and security in close collaboration with governance teams
• Collaborate with data engineers to shape data models that work consistently in Power BI
• Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize existing reports and dashboards
• Explore and implement AI features in Power BI (Copilot, smart narratives, anomaly detection)

Your mission: make Power BI scalable, intuitive, and future-proof.

• Access management and governance patterns
• How AI is applied to improve insights and usability

The team you’ll work with

You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary Data Platform Team, working closely with:

• Data Engineers
• Analysts
• BI Developers
• Data Scientists

Together, you support almost every department at Basic-Fit, enabling teams to act on reliable, well-governed data.

What helps you succeed in this role

You don’t need to tick every box. You’ll thrive here if most of this sounds familiar:

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI
• Solid understanding of data modeling (facts, dimensions, measures)
• Experience with Power BI Service (workspaces, apps, refresh, security)
• Awareness of performance optimization and cost considerations
• Experience managing row-level security and access
• Ability to translate business questions into clear visual insights
• Comfortable communicating in English

Experience with Databricks, SQL, Power BI Premium/Fabric, or AI features is a plus, not a requirement.
