Change & Process Design Consultant System Operations

As a Change & Process Design Consultant within System Operations (SO), you are a strategic partner in one of Alliander’s most forward-thinking transformations. You don’t just guide change—you help shape and embed it. You ensure that transformation is embraced sustainably and strengthen a culture of improvement and collaboration.

You’ll be working on:

• Designing and implementing complex interventions that support the transformation of System Operations.
• Advising management on tactical and strategic change challenges across multiple focus areas.
• Ensuring clear and uniform recording of process designs.
• Leading change initiatives with medium to high impact and being accountable for their outcomes.
• Strengthening collaboration within and between teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Within System Operations, you’ll work alongside ambitious and internationally oriented colleagues to develop an autonomous, safe, and resilient energy system. In the Change Team, you’ll contribute to strategic direction, continuous improvement, and innovation. You are the consultant who creates movement, strengthens collaboration, and ensures lasting change.

• A HBO+/WO level education and 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience leading change initiatives and broad knowledge of change management.
• Proven experience in designing and documenting process flows.
• Ability to advise independently and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong communication skills and organizational sensitivity.
• Good command of English and Dutch, given the international nature of our organization.
• Customer focus comes naturally to you. You understand that everything we do ultimately impacts our customers—and you act accordingly.

Attractive salary and benefits package

Based on a 40-hour workweek, you’ll receive:

• A gross monthly salary ranging from €5,310 to €7,585 (scale 10).
• An annual Individual Choice Budget (IKB) of 18% (full-time) or 12.8% (part-time) of your gross annual salary. This includes 8% holiday allowance. You can choose to have this amount paid out, or use it to purchase additional leave days. You decide what suits you best.
• 24.5 vacation days per year, which you can easily supplement using your IKB.
• A year-end bonus in December of 6% of your annual salary.
• An annual Sustainable Employability (DI) budget of €500. Use it, for example, to cover costs for sports or hobbies, make your home more sustainable and green, or reduce your student loan with DUO. You decide where your budget goes.
