Investor Relations Manager

Are you a hands-on, analytically strong investor relations professional who wants to be the driving force behind the financial reputation of Europe's largest and fastest growing fitness chain? Then we are looking for you to join our Investor Relations team at our headquarters in Hoofddorp.

This Is What Your Role Looks Like

The Investor Relations Manager will work closely together with the head of investor relations and senior management to support Basic-Fit's strategic and financial external positioning and communication, with a strong focus on financial analysis and business performance.

Investor Relations is responsible for communication with the financial markets, making sure investors and analysts understand our company, our results and our strategy. As a primary point of contact, you will play a key role in facilitating the delivery of effective investor relations and financial communications for our rapidly growing company.

You will be working with energetic and highly motivated colleagues who are proud to be part of the continuing success of the company. You will build and maintain an internal network of relevant colleagues throughout the organisation to stay in touch with the business and the key staff functions and develop a sensitive ear for developments in the organisation and the industry.

Your Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain detailed financial models to support investor communications and decision-making
• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial results, market trends and competitive positioning
• Build effective relationships with Dutch and international analysts and investors
• Prepare investor communications and presentations for trading updates and results, including financial analysis and KPI tracking
• Lead the analyst consensus process through financial modeling and scenario analysis
• Organise and execute roadshows and conferences
• Maintain the investor/analyst database

The IR team is a small, hands-on team of two: Head of IR and another IRM. We're the interface between Basic-Fit and our shareholders, investors and financial analysts. Our culture is entrepreneurial, dynamic, professional and informal.

Who Are You?

An entrepreneurial and pro-active mindset with strong analytical capabilities. You are well organised, result driven with an eye for detail and a passion for financial analysis.

Furthermore, we're asking:

• A master's degree in finance, business administration, economics or accounting
• At least 6 years experience in investor relations, equity research, business control, investment banking, corporate finance or strategic consulting
• Strong financial and analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, forecasting and performance analysis
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives for investors
• Strong mix of financial expertise, business sense, communication and relationship skills
• Flexibility towards working hours and travelling to attend investor roadshows, conferences and other IR related events
• Perfect English communication skills, both oral and written
