About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a Retail Operation Intern. In this role, you will support the daily operations of the retail department while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the industry. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in the industry and gain valuable skills that will benefit you throughout your career.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day tasks within the Retail Department
  • Provide support to the Retail Operations department, including assisting store managers with operational and administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with stores and the warehouse to ensure on-time replenishments
  • Process and monitor store returns, ensuring proper tracking and issue resolution
  • Support the opening of new stores by coordinating with various teams
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to execute internal orders for different departments, considering factors such as warehouse capacity and stock levels

Skills, education & experience

  • Currently enrolled in university
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written (additional languages are a plus, not required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables)
  • Proactive, organized, analytical mindset; ability to work independently; strong attention to detail
  • Strong interest in analysis and applications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to communicate openly, clearly, and constructively

  • Interest & passion for the fashion industry
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive "can-do" attitude are a must
