Senior AI Infrastructuur Specialist

As a Senior AI Infrastructure Specialist in Haarlem, you build the on‑prem platform for AI. You run ML workloads at scale with Kubernetes, CI/CD and hardware acceleration. The energy transition needs you as Senior AI Infrastructure Specialist

As Senior AI Infrastructure Specialist, you create scalable, reliable infrastructure for AI and machine learning. You design, build and maintain container and pipeline solutions so models run optimally, using hardware acceleration. You also build an on‑prem platform that enables internal teams to develop and innovate effectively.

• Developing and managing container solutions for AI/ML workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Setting up and optimising CI/CD pipelines for container deployment with hardware acceleration.
• Managing and developing an on‑premise hardware platform for AI, ML and LLM applications.
• Monitoring and optimising hardware acceleration with a focus on scalability and reliability.
• Using basic knowledge of PyTorch, TensorFlow and NumPy to test and deploy models from other teams.

With your talent and strengths, you can do that at our company. We are looking in particular for a candidate with:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s level working and thinking ability (HBO/WO).
• Extensive experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deploying AI/ML applications.
• Experience with hardware acceleration and building on‑prem infrastructure.
• Basic knowledge of PyTorch, TensorFlow and NumPy.

Attractive salary and benefits package

Based on a 40-hour working week, you will receive:

• a gross monthly salary of €5,310 to €7,585 (scale 10);
• annually an Individual Choice Budget (IKB) of 18% (full time) or 12.8% (part time) of your gross annual salary, including holiday allowance;
• 24.5 days’ holiday per year, which can be topped up generously from your IKB;
• an end-of-year bonus of 6% of your annual salary in December;
