Philips is looking for a full-time, highly motivated intern to join its transformation team and contribute to a strategic project within the Integrated Supply Chain organization.

About the role

This internship offers the opportunity to work on a high-impact project, engage with diverse stakeholders, and gain exposure in a dynamic organization. You will support a major transformational program across multiple departments and functions. The program is a strategic priority for the supply chain, and you will be part of the Change team, contributing to planning and execution efforts to support successful adoption.

Team description

You will join the Strategy and Transformation team, part of Integrated Supply Chain within Personal Health at Philips. The team focuses on transformational projects and strategic initiatives that drive innovation and long-term impact for Personal Health. The team values curiosity, initiative, and continuous learning.

Your role

  • Assist in drafting and designing internal communication materials that are clear, engaging, and aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Support the planning and execution of training sessions, workshops, and change-related events.
  • Coordinate logistics and scheduling for communication and training activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content and feedback.
  • Maintain structured documentation and track progress of communication and training initiatives.
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance stakeholder engagement and message effectiveness.
  • Support KPI tracking related to change management activities.

You’re the right fit if

  • You are a Master’s level student in Change Management, Supply Chain, Economics, and/or Business Administration, with an interest in transformational projects (you must be enrolled for the entire duration of the internship).
  • You are proactive and take initiative to drive tasks forward.
  • You are familiar with basic communication strategies and skilled in drafting messages that are creative, easy to read, and easy to understand.
  • You are able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • You have strong logistics management and organizational skills.

What we offer you

  • Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €700 gross, depending on educational level and whether you would need to relocate to The Netherlands (pro-rata for part-time internships).
  • Housing compensation in case of relocating to the vicinity of the office: €300 net if in the vicinity of Amsterdam, €255 net for all other Philips locations (rental contract required; home-work travel distance must be more than 50 km or travel time one way more than 1.5 hours).
  • Travel compensation (if you are not eligible for a free public transport card): max. €192 net.
  • Paid holidays per internship term.
  • The opportunity to buy Philips equipment at the Philips shop.

Important

  • In order to be considered, you must be enrolled as a student during the entire internship period (at least until September). Formal documentation will be requested.
  • Students from outside the EU will need to fill in a NUFFIC agreement (signed by the student and the university). Students receiving ECTS credits for this internship will need to fill in a UNL agreement (signed by the student and the university).
  • Please note that the contents of this internship assignment are not suitable for professionals with over 2 years of experience and/or MBA students.
