Then join us as our new Sales & Operations Planning Intern in our Hoofddorp office starting April.

In this internship, you will be part of the Global Specialized Nutrition S&OP team, within our supply chain category. Our purpose is to strengthen operational excellence by using data and digital tools to drive better planning and execution across our supply network. During this internship, you will collaborate with the Global Specialized Nutrition S&OP team and support enhancing our monthly planning processes and data management initiatives.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Acting as the main contact for European & Global factories regarding the tool used in monthly S&OP reviews
• Collecting, consolidating, and ensuring the accuracy of data for planning cycles and projects
• Engaging with stakeholders to improve data usage and support effective decision-making
• Analyzing and reporting data in a clear and tailored way for different audiences
• Driving improvement projects related to S&OP, project management, and data processing using tools like PowerBI

About you

As a Sales & Operations Planning Intern, working with data and supporting planning processes will be second nature to you. You can collect, analyze, and communicate data clearly, and have the ability to engage with different stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and decision-making. You are a Bachelor/Masters student in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or another related field. You’re proficient in Excel, and you’re a curious and analytical team player who’s always looking for opportunities to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

• Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period
• You are a resident of the Netherlands and hold a valid BSN number (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to have a valid Dutch residency permit)
• Ideally available to start in April for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week
• You are fluent in English (spoken and written)
• You are able to work from our Hoofddorp office at least 2–3 days per week
