At O My Bag, the sustainable bag brand from Amsterdam, we combine timeless design with a strong social mission. We are looking for an Inside Sales Intern to support our Wholesale team while gaining valuable hands-on experience in an international scale-up.

Your team

As an Inside Sales Intern, you will become part of our energetic and ambitious Wholesale team, working closely with three Sales Managers and two inside sales specialists. Together, we drive the growth of O My Bag in stores around the world!

You will collaborate closely with teams such as E-commerce, Marketing, Finance and Logistics to ensure a seamless customer experience. In this role, you help turn potential customers into long-term partners and maximize the success of every market we operate in.

What will you do?

As an Inside Sales Intern, you will support our Wholesale team with a variety of daily tasks. You’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at an international scale-up, gain hands-on experience in sales support, and make a real impact.

Your responsibilities include:

• Processing incoming B2B orders and maintaining customer and product data
• Supporting customers and Account Managers by answering questions related to orders, deliveries, or products
• Monitoring stock levels and backorders and communicating proactively
• Contributing ideas to improve internal processes and workflows
• Assisting with ad-hoc tasks and projects within the Sales team

From delivering excellent customer service to supporting Account Managers and driving market growth, your role is key in ensuring smooth processes and an outstanding partner experience worldwide.

Job requirements

You’ll thrive in this internship if you:

• 🎓 Are currently enrolled at a Dutch university or university of applied sciences (HBO/WO)
• 🗂️ Are structured, detail-oriented, and strong in communication
• 🗣️ Communicate clearly in English (Dutch is a plus)
• 👗 Have an interest in sustainable fashion and want to contribute to our mission
• ✨ Are eager to learn and enjoy working hands-on
• 💻 Have experience with Excel or CRM systems (a plus, but definitely not a requirement)
• 🤝 Are highly customer-focused and know how to keep partners happy through clear, smooth communication, always putting customer satisfaction first
• 🌍 Care deeply about sustainability and are excited to help make the fashion industry more ethical: one bag at a time. Together, we make a difference!
