You and your job

As a Red Team Operator, you play a critical role in assessing and strengthening the security of one of the world’s leading financial institutions. Your primary responsibility is to emulate advanced threat actors, identify vulnerabilities, and provide actionable insights to improve our overall cyber resilience.

At Rabobank, Red Teaming extends beyond traditional penetration testing. Your work ranges from performing large end-to-end red operations that target the crown jewels of Rabobank to performing purple team operations to validate specific controls or detection capabilities. Each operation offers new challenges and opportunities to broaden your expertise and make a measurable impact on our security posture.

In this role, you will design and execute sophisticated offensive security operations, combining technical expertise with strategic thinking. You will evaluate our security posture across multiple domains, including network, applications, infrastructure, human factors, and emerging technologies. You will work together with various teams within the bank to present findings and collaborate on operations.

• Relevant Experience: We're looking for candidates with relevant experience in software development, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or adversarial / offensive AI. Familiarity with red teaming or security testing and related certifications are valued.
• CTF Enthusiasm: Do you enjoy CTF events (e.g., Hack the Box) and not only solving hacking challenges but also developing new ones?
