Your Role at a Glance

As Maintenance Manager, you are fully responsible for all technical operations within the hotel.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Creating daily planning and maintenance schedules
  • Managing electrical, mechanical, sanitary, HVAC and energy systems
  • Ensuring guest rooms, public areas and technical installations remain in excellent condition
  • Coordinating external technical partners for elevators, cooling systems, air conditioning and sprinkler installations
  • Planning preventive maintenance and inspections
  • Supervising renovations and technical projects, when applicable
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, HACCP standards and legal requirements
  • Acting quickly in case of malfunctions or emergencies

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Experience as a Maintenance Manager, Head of Maintenance or Facility Manager
  • Good command of the Dutch language
  • Experience within hospitality, facilities, real estate or service-driven environments is strongly preferred
  • Strong technical knowledge combined with a hands-on leadership approach
  • Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and external suppliers
  • Flexible and solution-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where no day is the same
