Your Role at a Glance

As Maintenance Manager, you are fully responsible for all technical operations within the hotel. Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading and coaching the maintenance team.
  • Creating schedules and daily work planning.
  • Coordinating maintenance and repair activities.
  • Managing electrical, mechanical, sanitary, HVAC and energy systems.
  • Ensuring excellent condition of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Coordinating external service partners for elevators, air conditioning, cooling and sprinkler systems.
  • Planning preventive maintenance and inspections.
  • Supervising renovations and technical projects.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, HACCP standards and legal requirements.
  • Acting quickly in case of malfunctions or emergencies.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • You are a hands-on manager with a proactive, ‘get things done’ mindset who leads by example.
  • Experience as a Maintenance Manager, Head of Maintenance or Facility Manager.
  • Background in hospitality, facilities, real estate or service-driven environments is a strong advantage.
  • You are a practical, action-oriented leader who is not afraid to step in and support the team when needed.
  • Clear communication and team management skills.
  • Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced airport environment.
  • Flexibility to respond to technical issues or emergencies.
