Analytics Consultant – Data & AI Strategy & Consulting

Job Description

Are you passionate about helping organizations rethink how they use data and AI to drive better decisions and actions? In this role, you will help clients move beyond static reporting toward AI-enabled analytics and decision support. You will create new ways of engaging with data to support business transformation and decision-making, by designing and delivering insight interfaces that people trust, adopt, and use to drive action.

The work

As an experienced analytics consultant, you will be part of the Visualization & Interaction Science team within Strategy & Consulting in Amsterdam, working directly with clients to help them become insight-driven organizations. You will operate at the intersection of data, analytics, AI, and human-centered design—translating decision needs into intuitive, actionable interfaces that help people understand information and act with confidence.

Your work includes advising clients on enterprise data and analytics strategies, designing and prototyping interactive decision interfaces, and shaping the implementation of modern, scalable, AI-enabled analytics platforms. You will partner with stakeholders across business and technology to ensure solutions are not only technically sound, but also trusted, adopted, and easy to use in day-to-day work.

On a day-to-day basis, you will collaborate with experts and leverage modern BI and AI capabilities—such as conversational analytics and AI assistants—to create enterprise-grade analytics products and experiences. You will also manage teams to deliver client-facing solutions, ensuring that designs and strategies align with technical architecture, governance, and human-centered principles—ultimately helping clients build data-literate, insight-driven cultures.

People

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted, long-term relationships and ensuring alignment across business, data, and technology stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to understand decision contexts and information needs, translating them into insight interfaces and AI-enabled analytics solutions that support understanding and action.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and growth-oriented consulting environment.
• Collaborate with experts across Accenture’s global network to co-create innovative, AI-enabled analytics products, reusable assets, and new ways of interacting with insights.

Processes

• Assess client maturity across BI, analytics, and decision intelligence, and design tailored transformation strategies that evolve organizations from reactive reporting to modern scalable insight interfaces and AI-enabled analytics.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and best practices for AI-enabled analytics to guide clients in evolving their analytics capabilities, operating models and ways of working.
• Lead change initiatives to embed Data & AI into business workflows, driving adoption, data literacy, and measurable outcomes—not just delivery of analytics assets.

Technology & Data

• Advise clients on technology selection and architecture for scalable, secure, and AI-powered analytics and intelligence platforms.
• Evaluate and recommend tools across data management, analytics, and AI to enable proactive, conversational, and augmented decision experiences.
• Experiment with emerging technologies to explore new ways of creating, delivering, and interacting with insights.
• Ensure all solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with enterprise and industry standards.
