As Chapterlead GAAS, you coach and develop the professionals within a high-tech environment where we build an autonomous capacity management system for the energy grid of the future.

We’re building the energy grid of tomorrow for everyone, with everyone. And as Chapterlead GAAS, you’re part of that mission. You’ll be working on:

  • Coaching and guiding Product Owners and Energy System Experts in their professional growth.
  • Developing and executing the vision and strategy for professional development, including roadmaps and training programs.
  • Shaping team structures and collaboration within multidisciplinary agile teams.
  • Organizing integrated resource management, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
  • Creating an open and safe culture where collaboration and feedback are central.

And you’ll do that at our business unit Alliander. Your impact on tomorrow’s energy grid starts at System Operations.

That’s only possible if you have enough energy—and the right environment gives you that. The Grid as a Service (GAAS) department consists of several multidisciplinary agile teams with colleagues from System Operations and Digitalization. You’ll work alongside developers, data scientists, scrum masters, architects, and other experts within the System Operations ART. Together, you’ll develop an autonomous system that makes the energy grid smart, resilient, and future-proof.

You know how to empower people. You do that with your own strength and talent. And you do that with us. Will you contribute with your leadership and vision for professional development? And complement that with:

  • Proven experience in coaching and developing highly educated professionals.
  • Knowledge of product development, IT platforms, and agile methodologies (such as SAFe).
  • Fluency in English, given the international nature of the organization.
  • Experience in strategic workforce planning and creating development plans.
  • Customer focus comes naturally to you. You understand that everything we do ultimately impacts our customers—and you act accordingly.

Better arranged for you

  • A gross monthly salary ranging from €6312 - €9017,- (scale 11).
  • An annual Individual Choice Budget (IKB) of 18% (full-time) or 12.8% (part-time) of your gross annual salary. This includes 8% holiday allowance. You can choose to have this amount paid out, or use it to purchase additional leave days. You decide what suits you best.
  • 24.5 vacation days per year, which you can easily supplement using your IKB.
  • A year-end bonus in December of 6% of your annual salary.
  • An annual Sustainable Employability (DI) budget of €700. Use it, for example, to cover costs for sports or hobbies, make your home more sustainable and green, or reduce your student loan with DUO. You decide where your budget goes.
