We are looking for an HBO/WO working student who will assess the (paper/PDF) material certificates of a large existing steel bridge and make specific data available for future research (digitisation). This includes, for example, yield strength and tensile strength.
Working hours can be arranged in consultation, for example a fixed number of hours per week over several weeks, or full-time during a lecture-free period.
Of course, you will carry out these activities under the supervision of experienced researchers in the steel team of the Reliable Structures department, giving you insight into the challenging projects TNO is working on.
