What are you going to do?

Do you feel at home in hardware engineering and do you get energy from developing and maintaining products that are used in practice every day? As a Hardware Engineer, you will work on the further development and maintenance of an attractive and diverse product group, with a focus on quality and reliability. You have a penchant for following solid processes and derive satisfaction from ensuring that not only the product but also the documentation is perfect down to the last detail. Together, we work towards a single goal: improving life on the farm.

As a Hardware Engineer in the FarmControl team, you will work on a broad and technically challenging product portfolio within the agricultural sector. You will contribute to both the development of new products and the optimisation and maintenance of existing solutions, including ID, Sorting, Milking, Feeding and Vision.

You will be part of our R&D department, where we embrace an agile mindset. We are flexible in order to respond adequately to relevant developments. This applies to both internal and external developments. Being constantly on the move requires our employees to have a pragmatic and agile mindset.

By working closely together and maintaining a strong focus on our goals, we strive to create value that our customers can build on.

Our offer

As a Hardware Engineer at Nedap, you make a valuable contribution to our mission: helping people become happier and more successful in their professional lives. You take ownership of your work and ensure that quality and reliability are guaranteed. At the same time, you are a team player: you coordinate, share knowledge and involve colleagues in your considerations. You communicate easily with colleagues inside and outside the team and liaise independently with suppliers when necessary.
