Photoshoot Flower Stylist

🛠️ Range @ Bloom & Wild Group

The Range team is responsible for the ideation and execution of the physical product across markets and platforms, from initial concept, through product development to launch. We work cross-functionally with other teams across the business to support our decision making. We perform our own research, but also gather insights with the help of the Business Intelligence team; work closely together with the Brand & Creative team to develop the concept and collaborate with the Supply Chain teams on execution. We have a close link with the Digital Product team to ensure our range is easily shoppable on site and look as appealing as possible.

🛠️ The Role

Bloomon is looking for a talented Photoshoot Flower Stylist to bring our fresh flower designs to life through captivating imagery. This role is the bridge between our physical products and our digital brand, ensuring every stem looks its absolute best.

You will lead the end-to-end styling process, from sourcing and conditioning to on-set execution, for our internal weekly e-commerce shoots and high-impact external lifestyle productions. Beyond the camera, you’ll also lend your creative eye to help bring the bloomon magic to life at workshops and events.

⚙️ What you'll be doing:

  • Flower Styling: Styling high-quality bouquet arrangements for weekly e-commerce shoots, ensuring alignment with bloomon’s signature brand aesthetic.
  • End-to-End Prep: Manage the "behind-the-scenes" logistics, including sourcing, ordering, cleaning, and conditioning all floral materials to ensure peak freshness for the camera. Maintain a streamlined flow of materials, ensuring all greenery and flowers are ready and accounted for ahead of production days.
  • Production Support: Drive the creative direction on-set for internal weekly shoots and be a valuable asset to the occasional external lifestyle shoots in collaboration with bloomon’s designers and our freelance teams, this is where your creativity and improvisation skills really shine!
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the In-house Photographer, Project Manager & Producer to hit launch deadlines.
  • Event & Range Support: Act as a versatile creative team player by assisting with floral styling for workshops, internal parties, and special events as needed.

✅ You’ll love this role if you…

  • Experience: Proven track record as a Flower Stylist or Florist, ideally within a commercial, e-commerce, or brand-led visual environment. We also welcome strong portfolios in Product Styling, Set Design, or Visual Merchandising. We value your sense of composition and color.
  • Floral Expertise: Deep knowledge of floral varieties, flower care and handling is a major plus. We are also open to talented stylists from other industries (fashion, food, or interior) who are eager to master the art of fresh flower arranging and styling.
  • Communication: Our business language is English, and you need to be able to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced company and different teams and stakeholders.
