As the B2B Marketeer - Benelux, your main focus will be on driving brand awareness and lead generation within the Benelux market. To do this, you will work closely with the local sales teams, resellers and central marketing teams to produce marketing initiatives that are tailored to the local market trends and regulations. Your goal will be to reach specific targets for lead generation, lead nurturing, opportunities generation, sold units, awareness, and PR.
Here's a little taste of your challenge:
- Collaborate pro-actively with internal stakeholders from various other marketing teams – for example product, design and digital – to collaboratively build our brand, place our offering in front of the right people at the right time and create value to our customers.
- Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tactics to drive personalized engagement and build stronger relationships with high-value accounts, ultimately increasing pipeline quality and revenue.
- Work closely with the Benelux sales team to build and maintain a solid marketing strategy and align activities.
- Build strong relationships and plan co-marketing activities with partners, resellers and Bridgestone marketing teams.
- Build on the branding and recognition in the market by leveraging existing materials and creating engaging local content including customer cases.
- Develop strategies and concepts for campaigns, online and offline events to drive leads and deliver on your marketing goals.
- Make sure the customer journey is spot on, each contact point is adding value and is part of an organic flow that develops prospects into new customers.
- Build marketing relationships with Bridgestone and develop campaigns involving the combined propositions with Bridgestone.
- Responsible for regional budget, team KPI’s and marketing goals.
Who are you?
We are looking for an experienced marketer who fits this profile:
- You are fluent in both written and spoken English and Dutch.
- 5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, and experience in (Telematics/SAAS/Automotive/EV/IT/Technology) Industry is an advantage.
- You are pragmatic and analytical; you enjoy the combination of hands-on and strategy.
- You are ambitious, enjoy working hard, and want to be part of an established technology company that is one of the global leaders in its rapidly growing sector.
- You are result oriented, driven by KPIs and efficiency.
- You have a good overview of the marketing activities (inbound, outbound, advertising, awareness, digital, lead generation, operational …) and a good knowledge of sales processes and life cycle.
