Internship (Operations): Digital Manufacturing Intern

Als Digital Manufacturing Intern maak je deel uit van het T&T (Traceability & Transparency) team, dat pijler I (Traceability Fundamentals) leidt binnen het Digital Transformation program. Deze pijler bestaat uit de uitrol van 3 foundations systems die de digitalisering van traceability-processen binnen Danone mogelijk maken, cross-category, en onderdeel vormen van Danone’s toekomstige Industry 5.0 initiatief. Binnen Operations ligt de focus vooral op de ontwikkeling & uitrol van een Core Manufacturing Execution System voor Danone. Als stagiair help je ons met het volgende:

Data collection process and design build

• Consolidation of various inputs from all factories with the current ways of working on Traceability
• Creation of an approach to digitalize elements that are currently not system managed today.
• Support the development of a design to an efficient digital traceability process using AI, Low code/ No code etc.
• Assist in creating a standard deployment methodology for digital projects

Report and KPI management:

• Identify and list necessary KPIs to be monitored.
• Support the development of measurable Change Management KPI’s.

Communication kit

• Build the necessary materials in a creative manner to communicate about the systems’ features and enhancements.
• Support the animation with all factories.

Continuous Improvement

• Contribute and support other project activities within the team

Over jou

You’re the perfect fit for this role if you are:

• A Masters student in Engineering/ Business related fields from an Engineering School or Business school.
• Have excellent organization and communication skills.
• Synthetic, fact based and driven.
• Autonomous & Results oriented.
• At ease with technical & digital contents, knowledge on IT tools (e.g. Power BI, Microsoft)
• Open, curious, able to work in multi-cultural environment.
• Knowledge of SAP is a big plus.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

• Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period;
• You are a resident of the Netherlands and hold a valid BSN number (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to have a valid Dutch residency permit);
• Ideally available to start in March 2026 for a minimum of 6 months, 4-5 days per week;
• You are fluent in English- spoken and written;
• You are able to work from our Hoofddorp office, at least 2 days per week (Mondays and Thursdays).
