Global FP&A Senior Manager

In this role as Global FP&A Manager, you will support the full planning and forecasting cycle for Coty’s global business, delivering clear financial insights, enabling strong decision-making, and ensuring accurate reporting. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, anticipate business needs, and contribute to shaping Coty’s global P&L performance.

As our Global FP&A Manager, you play a critical role in steering Coty’s planning and forecasting drumbeat across functions, ensuring accurate insights and supporting leadership with high‑quality financial analysis. You will be reporting to the Finance Director FP&A and Controllable Fixed Costs, and you will manage one direct report.

Planning, forecasting & reporting

• Lead the company-wide planning & forecasting cycle across BUs and functions (Commercial, Supply Chain, Support Functions)
• Own monthly Executive Committee reporting with clear guidelines and timely input collection
• Develop scenario models, sensitivities, and risk/opportunity frameworks

Cross-functional collaboration & stakeholder partnership

• Work closely with internal departments to ensure alignment and smooth reporting
• Maintain strong internal relationships and act as a finance partner to global functions
• Support board preparation and external disclosures when required

Tools, processes & team leadership

• Enhance FP&A tools, processes, and models in partnership with IT Finance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the FP&A ecosystem
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the Global FP&A Analyst
• Use and improve Hyperion-based reporting

• 7+ years’ experience in Finance (FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Supply Chain Finance)
• Strong analytical & financial acumen across full P&L lines
• Hyperion system experience
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Experience supervising or readiness for a first leadership role
• Ability to operate independently and manage ambiguity
• Strong communication & storytelling skills at senior level
• Fluent in English
