Finance Corporate - CFC Senior Analyst

We’re looking for a Finance Corporate - CFC Senior Analyst to join our team in Amsterdam. CFC is the acronym for Controllable Fixed Costs. In this role, you will be responsible for the financial planning, control, and analysis of the Fixed Costs, ensuring cost discipline and transparency across the organization. The role partners closely with functional leaders to drive cost optimization, support strategic decisions, and ensure alignment with Coty’s financial targets. You will report to the Global CFC Senior Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close processes for some functions (illustrative examples: Executive, Corporate Affairs, Sustainability)
• Monitor and analyze actuals vs. budget/forecast, identifying risks, opportunities, and cost drivers
• Provide clear variance analysis and actionable recommendations to management
• Act as a finance business partner to functional cost owners; challenge spend requests and support prioritization decisions with fact-based analysis
• Support productivity initiatives, cost-saving programs, and efficiency projects
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOX requirements, and financial policies
• Support internal and external audits related to fixed costs
• Ensure consistent application of accounting principles and cost classifications

Key requirements:

• Have 2+ years of experience in Finance
• Strong cost mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders constructively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate financial data into insights
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrix organization
• Be proficient in Excel, SAP, and Hyperion
• Enjoy working in an international environment where speaking and writing in English is the norm
