For our growing team, we are looking for a Junior Social Media & Creative Content Coordinator to join our headquarters in Badhoevedorp, NL.

About the job

As a Junior Social Media & Content Coordinator for ARMA and STUDIO AR, you are responsible for our social channels, creative content, shoot productions and more. It is important that you are interested in fashion, trends, and the latest developments within social media. You will report directly to our Marketing Manager and will support the Marketing team in producing original ideas and concepts that align with both our brand’s identity.

Key responsabilities

• Social media: Execute a results-driven social media strategy in line with our marketing strategy and other channels.
• Creative content: Develop and curate engaging content for all our social media platforms, such as Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest, by producing weekly content.
• Shoot production: In-house production for photo and video shoots, manage styling process and ensure smooth operations throughout the process.
• Packshot production: Responsible for the packshot production process.
• Data analysis: Updating dashboards monitoring, tracking and reporting of results within your field.
• B2C contact: Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
• Channel collaboration: Daily alignment with other channels, such as PR, Partnerships, Graphic Design, Ecommerce and CRM.

Requirements

• Active on social media: In addition to brainstorming original and fun ideas for campaigns, you will also actively work on how to apply them to our social media channels.
• Flexibility & problem-solving: You are hands-on, creative, think ‘out-of-the box’ and possess problem-solving skills.
• Digital skills: Experience in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, and CapCut.
• Organizational skills: Strong passion for project management and managing multiple projects simultaneously with a results-oriented mind set.
• Interpersonal skills: A social and open personality, responsible, proactive and flexible.

Your profile

• Experience in Marketing, Social Media or a related field.
• Excellent written and oral communication in Dutch (mandatory) and English.
• 1-3 years experience in similar role.
