We are looking for a Commercial Controller for our Corporate Key Accounts; Danone, Nestle, Abbott (CKA) and Intercompany (IC). You are the finance business partner to the Corporate Key Accounts Sales Directors and sales organization; including sales managers, CMO and demand planner. Key is to drive profitability in line with strategic direction of FCI and doing justice to short term optimization.
You have the responsibility to support an efficient and effective (financial) business performance controlling cycle. Furthermore, you are an integral part of the commercial finance team responsible for the financial and controlling processes and standards and the KPI steering framework (together with Manager Controlling GtM) to ensure smooth operations and the commercial, financial goals and commitments are met.
As a Commercial Controller you play a critical role in maintaining this framework and executing and driving data insights infrastructure (volume, sales and GP delivery, prospect tracking, working capital, and operational parameters both by lagging and leading KPIs).
Your responsibilities are divided into three pillars: being a business partner to the Sales team, perform commercial controlling activities and support in core financial processes.

You will work in the Ingredients Business Group. This business group focuses on high-end nutritional products and solutions for all life stages. The organization is divided into two market segments: Early Life & Cell Nutrition, focusing on ingredients for infant nutrition and research in cell nutrition, and Adult Nutrition, with subsegments focusing on Performance Nutrition, Active Nutrition and Medical Nutrition. Our ingredients are mainly developed and produced for Business-to-Business purposes. This means that we deliver ingredients and semi-finished products to our external customers, for them to use in their end products and sell them to consumers all over the world, depending on the specific market segment.
The finance team consists of 15 people and includes multiple controllers, pricing managers and financial analysts. You work together with the corporate reporting team.
