As a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the EUV Factory within ASML’s Operations sector, you will play a pivotal role in aligning people strategies with business objectives. You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, translating business needs into actionable people priorities. This role requires a seasoned HR professional who can challenge, influence, and drive organizational effectiveness while serving as the integrator between the business and the broader HR function.
We have a unique & challenging opportunity where you can directly contribute to the further evolvement of our HR function within the dynamic EUV Factory environment, where ~2300 ASML colleagues are responsible for building and installing the state-of-the-art EUV machines.
As Senior HR Business Partner for EUV Factory, you will play a strategic and hands-on role across a wide range of HR domains. You will advise key decision-makers and contribute to strategic planning, ensuring the People Agenda is aligned with annual objectives and compliant with HR policies. You will also drive long-term workforce planning and contribute to the EUV People Plan.
You will support managers and employees in executing core HR processes and lead or participate in HR projects across functions and geographies. In partnership with HR Expertise and People Services, you will deliver innovative talent solutions that align with business strategy.
A key part of your role will be coaching leaders on team dynamics and leadership development, identifying capability gaps, and prioritizing development initiatives using ASML’s frameworks. You will co-design and lead change initiatives and organizational transformations, embedding the desired culture and behaviors.
Using HR data and analytics, you will diagnose business issues and provide insights to enhance employee engagement and performance. You will build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, mobilizing resources to support business plans.
Additionally, you will manage complex employee relations cases in collaboration with Legal and Compliance, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Organization Studies or a related field
8+ years of relevant HRBP experience
Proven track record as trustworthy business partner who is close to the business and feels free to give advice and feedback to business leaders
Experienced in change management and organizational development
Knowledge in the field of People Performance Management, Talent & Succession Management, Recruitment and operational expertise as well as strong knowledge of Dutch labor legislation
Excellent communications skills in English
Customer oriented (providing swift, efficient and personal guidance to employees and management)
Well-developed analytical skills in combination with a pragmatic and result-driven approach
Strong on organizational sensitivity
Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
Ability to connect across all levels of a high-tech organization
Collaborative team player with a critical thinking orientation
