Logistics Procurement Coordinator

This role is for a Logistics Procurement Coordinator.

Position Summary

This role focuses on providing optimal logistics services by selecting logistics companies that meet customers’ logistics requirements, securing infrastructure, and managing logistics operations.

• Monitor logistics partners’ overall performance across import customs clearance, delivery, storage, and logistics costs, and achieve goals through logistics indicators.
• Secure and apply continuous process innovation and systems to ensure logistics competitiveness.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Managing logistics partner contracts: Perform analysis by checking logistics contract clauses, evaluating logistics company execution capability according to requirements, and confirming clauses meet the company’s operating standards and standard processes.
2. Logistics KPI (Key Performance Indication) management: Prepare improvements to logistics partners’ execution capability (task operation, organization, and process) from customer, financial, and HR perspectives.
3. Operating logistics information system: Prepare and operate IT infrastructure with related systems at optimal cost by understanding the structure and overall flow of the logistics system.
4. Driving innovation project: Identify new services to secure logistics competitiveness, and develop and apply efficiencies to existing processes and related solutions.
