As a Supply Chain NPI Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining and executing strategies that bring our innovative products into homes worldwide. - Own critical processes such as Product Lifecycle Reviews, setting the stage for global planning success.
- Deliver successful launches by managing new product introductions from concept to market.
- Optimize planning by managing phase-in and phase-out processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Enhance global processes by supporting improvements to our planning framework with a focus on lifecycle management.
- Build strong partnerships and influence stakeholders at all levels through exceptional communication skills.
- Lead projects with impact by driving action and alignment across diverse teams.
- Facilitate collaboration through effective meetings that bring together multiple functions and leadership levels.
- Apply broad business insight gained from experience in marketing, supply chain, or related fields.
- Embrace agility by leveraging lean methodologies and adaptive ways of working.
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- 5–10 years of process expertise in Supply Chain Operations/Category management, gained preferably in a Consumer Goods/FMCG company
- Masters degree in the field of Supply Chain operations/category management
- Understanding of SAP HANA/Integrated BP is a strong asset
- Advanced knowledge of S&OP process
- Proven experience in end-to-end portfolio management, including product lifecycle and planning processes.
- Digitally savvy & data-confident
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to build productive relationships across all levels.
- Solid understanding of business operations, ideally with exposure to marketing or supply chain environments.
- Ability to manage complexity and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced global setting.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English
