As Change Coordinator Test & Deployment you will work within our IT Delivery organization, reporting to the Test & Deployment Manager. You will collaborate with experienced colleagues to coordinate various change activities across multiple Vanderlande warehouse sites, ensuring correct processes and procedures are followed and all changes are accurately recorded, scheduled, controlled, and communicated.
What will you be doing?
- Coordinate Test & Deployment activities for customers as described in service contracts and service sales agreements
- Create, plan, and manage release calendars and schedules for site deployments
- Create and manage all required documentation and deliverables
- Manage the execution of deployments
- Create and manage DOS Maximo and Jira tickets
- Ensure planning is met, highlight potential delays, and implement mitigation actions
- Coordinate with stakeholders about all relevant Test & Deployment activities
- Coordinate escalations during deployments to site
- Facilitate/Chair Go/No-go decision meetings based on all required results and deliverables
- Facilitate/Chair the Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings
- Conduct post-implementation reviews after every change deployment to ensure continuous improvement
- Contribute to the continual improvement of all processes and identify areas for improvement
- Document and maintain process and procedures documentation
- Coordinate with product development teams for assessing risks and communicate impact and mitigations to relevant stakeholders (ITSDM, site-based team, T&D team, management, service desk, etc.)
- Ensure that the end-to-end change processes are adhered to
What do we ask from you?
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject and a minimum of 4 years working experience
- Thorough understanding of ITIL processes of Change Management and Release & Deployment Management, with demonstrable experience executing these processes
- Working knowledge of tools such as DOS Maximo and Jira
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project is desirable
- Experience with software processes (SDLC), especially release and deployment processes (CI/CD pipelines and methodologies), is desirable
- Experience with Vanderlande warehouse systems is very beneficial
- Continuous process improvement mindset

This position offers a competitive salary range of €4,700 to €5,600 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). By exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
