Get ready to make a real impact in a certified B Corp as our new Retail Operations Coordinator, playing a key role in supporting our retail teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience across all Ace & Tate stores. From processing return requests with care, to collaborating across teams and ensuring our stores have everything they need to ensure operational excellence — you’ll help keep our retail engine running smoothly.

This full-time position is available immediately at our HQ in Amsterdam and reports directly to our Head of Retail Operations.

You'll be…

  • Be the first point of contact for our retail teams, supporting them in delivering an exceptional customer experience across all Ace & Tate stores
  • Reviewing and processing return requests marked as exceptions, using sound judgment and a customer-first approach to make thoughtful, brand-aligned decisions
  • Manage the retail communication calendar to deliver timely, engaging updates that ensure seamless information flow across the entire organization
  • Collaborating closely with HQ teams to solve day-to-day retail challenges and shape longer-term improvements
  • Ensuring our store location pages are always accurate, so customers can easily find us, check our opening hours, and know what to expect in-store.
  • Overseeing logistics and store supply coordination, making sure every location has the tools and materials needed to operate smoothly.
  • Managing timelines and task trackers for store openings and closures, working with multiple stakeholders to ensure everything runs on schedule—with clear communication and ownership throughout.
  • Maintaining a dashboard of retail inquiries, identifying trends and surfacing key insights to help our teams stay proactive and informed

You...

  • Are available for 32-40 hours per week and based in (or able to commute to) Amsterdam
  • Are highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Are a strong communicator with a service-minded attitude
  • Are confident using tools like task trackers, dashboards, and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable coordinating across teams
  • Enjoy solving problems and making processes better
  • Have an interest in retail operations and customer experience
  • Are fluent in English—Dutch or German is a plus
