About this role

Joining our Global Talent Acquisition team within the HR department, the Talent Acquisition Associate will play a pivotal role in growing our presence across Germany and other European markets. Based in London, this role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of positions, with a strong emphasis on our Sales function.

We rely on teamwork to deliver exceptional results, and you will be deeply committed to providing an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. You will lead by example in promoting our customer-centric approach, ensuring we attract top talent to help deliver our vision of empowering everyday convenience.

These are some of the key components to the position

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across Europe, with a primary focus on hiring in Germany, from initial approval through to the offer stage.
  • Proactively source, assess, and engage high-calibre candidates using our CRM system, LinkedIn, and various job boards.
  • Continuously identify and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract the best market talent.
  • Drive strong stakeholder management and collaborate with hiring managers across both countries to understand and define requirements.
  • Ensure data integrity and drive excellence in recruitment pipeline management within the ATS/CRM.
  • Deliver an exceptional and inclusive candidate experience that reflects our company values.

What will you bring to the team?

  • Fluency in German and English is required to effectively communicate with candidates and stakeholders in both countries. Proficiency in Dutch would be considered advantageous.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques, including using professional networks and applicant tracking systems (ATS/CRM).
  • Ability to develop an understanding of our internal and external partners to effectively manage expectations and requirements.
  • High level of accountability to stay committed to achieving goals and managing workload in a dynamic environment.
  • A collaborative mindset focused on helping one another succeed within the Global TA team.
  • Experience in a recruitment or coordination function, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
