Your assignment

This is an administrative internship where you will support the Global Mobility team with daily tasks and projects. During the internship, you will gain immigration knowledge and potentially social security and international tax knowledge. You will mostly prepare the documents and letters which the ASML employee needs to obtain a work permit or entry visa.

The Global Mobility team is located in the Netherlands, Taiwan, Korea, and the US, giving you the opportunity to work in a diverse and dynamic environment with a global scope. The internship is based in the Netherlands.

Key deliverables include:

• Supporting the Global Mobility team in projects
• Preparing documents and letters
• (Learning to) provide advice to employees
• Assisting in a range of projects together with experienced colleagues
• Acting as the first point of contact for employees regarding Global Mobility

This internship is intended for bachelor students (non-thesis). The duration is a minimum of 6 months, with an availability of at least 4 days per week (including 3 days on-site).

Your profile

• Background in Business Administration, International Business, or a related study
• Preferably have administrative experience
• Team player, proactive, and a creative thinker
• Structured and have a sharp eye for process improvements
• Fluent in English, written and spoken

Other requirements you need to meet:

• You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship
• Attach your cover letter with a clear motivation why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular
• You need to be located in the Netherlands to perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter should include your willingness to relocate
• If you are a non-EU citizen studying in the Netherlands, your university must be willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement)
