Join Our Team as a Project Lead Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Hardware Project Lead / Scrum Master to join our team in the semiconductor industry. In this role, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams working on electronics, PCB design, FPGA development, firmware, and Python-based tools, ensuring alignment with deadlines, quality standards, and customer requirements. Acting as both Project Lead and Scrum Master, you will foster agile collaboration across domains while maintaining structured planning, risk management, and reporting.

The role :

• Lead technical development projects from concept to delivery within electronics and software scope.
• Serve as Scrum Master/SAFe facilitator: organize sprints, manage backlogs, run ceremonies, drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including electronics engineers, FPGA developers, firmware/software specialists.
• Track project milestones, resources, risks, and deliverables using structured project management methodologies.
• Ensure efficient communication between stakeholders, technical teams, and management.
• Promote best practices in processes, documentation, and development flow.
• Work closely with engineering on PCB design cycles, hardware validation, integration testing, and quality assurance.
• Support budgeting, planning, reporting, and decision-making at program level.
• Drive technical understanding across domains (electronics, Python tools, FPGA/firmware) to guide priorities and unblock development.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, electromechanical, or any related field.
• Strong background in hardware/electronics development (PCB, FPGA, embedded/firmware).
• Familiar with Python for tooling, automation or test-related tasks.
• Experience as Project Lead/Project Manager in R&D environments.
• Hands-on with Scrum/SAFe or similar agile frameworks.
• Clear communicator, structured, proactive and comfortable driving delivery.
