Your road to success

As Chief Financial Officer, you will lead a team of senior managers to ensure that the organization's financial strategy is implemented effectively, consistently, and according to established guidelines. You will:

• Provide overall direction for financial activities for the country, aligned with the overall strategy, including tax, insurance, budget, and treasury functions for the organization, to ensure efficient financial flow.
• Control financial resources and ensure that all financial transactions, systems, and procedures comply with regulations, accounting principles, and standards.
• Analyze the organization's revenues, liabilities, credit conditions, and other financial indicators to forecast its short, medium, and long-term cash flow position.
• Evaluate and recommend investments and other financial instruments to meet cash flow needs.
• Provide expertise and advice to managers on financial matters and the impact of laws and regulations on the organization, to help them develop budgets, understand financial reports, and manage their financial responsibilities.
• Oversee financial analysis and reporting, taxation, insurance, credit control, accounts payable and receivable, inventory and costs control, and budgeting and forecasting, and present findings and recommendations to top executives; prepare financial reports that may include auditor and financial analyst reports, profit and loss, balance sheets, and regulatory reports and filings.
• Select and manage relationships with consultants and advisors to ensure satisfactory standards of service.
• Actively support all compliance-related activities to maintain full regulatory compliance.

Absolutely your strategic vision, stakeholder management, and communication skills. You also have the drive to inspire and guide cross-functional teams, with a strong focus on collaboration and empowerment. In addition, you have:

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or another related field.
• At least 4-5 years of experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Solid knowledge of the leasing industry.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment, while being accessible and supportive to team members.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken is essential. Proficiency in French is a significant plus.

• Gross yearly salary up to €110,000 (including holiday allowance and 13th month).
