For Yamaha Motor Europe N.V., located at Schiphol-Rijk in the Netherlands, we are looking for a full-time Campaign Coordinator.

About the role:
You will become part of the Digital Acquisition team within the Digital Marketing and CRM Department. In the role of Campaign Coordinator, you are responsible, together with the Acquisition Team Lead, for the successful implementation of the brand strategy for paid activations and support for paid activities on the level of European Distributors. You will work in cross-functional teams with members from different departments, coordinating all the necessary activities for the execution of the campaigns. You will support internal and external stakeholders with learnings, up-to-date trends, and new possibilities to optimize activities.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute awareness, consideration, and sales campaigns by selecting the optimal digital channels mix according to the customer journey and campaign type, focusing on business objectives and target.
  • Coordinate all necessary activities—from acquiring the brief from brand marketing colleagues, budget definitions, asset production, and campaign setup—across the organization for the on-time and on-budget execution of campaigns.
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance and crucial campaign KPIs.
  • Analyze customer behavior and propose improvements to increase the value of selected KPIs.
  • Create regular reports and presentations, and share findings on a regular basis with internal stakeholders.
  • Identify new digital trends that can increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and test rides.
  • Support measurement and optimization through Adobe Analytics and other analytics platforms.

What do you bring?

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar position with hands-on experience in managing and executing campaigns within the Google ecosystem (Google Ads, DV360, YouTube, etc.), META, TikTok; experience with other platforms is a plus.
  • Knowledgeable in digital marketing in general, and specifically with Instagram and Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and performance campaigns.
  • Experience with Google Merchant Centre, Facebook and Instagram Shopping campaigns, and feed management.
  • Familiar with effective email marketing tools and campaigns; experience with Adobe Campaign is a plus.
  • Results-oriented mindset, able to work towards objective achievements.
  • Data-driven with excellent numerical and analytical skills, substantial knowledge of Excel, and experience with Adobe Analytics and tracking systems.
  • Organized and able to establish priorities when working on projects.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required; other languages are an asset.
  • Interest in motorcycles, the marine world, and international organizations.
