IT Infrastructure Specialist Internship

As an IT Infrastructure Support Intern, you will assist in the administration and monitoring of our IT infrastructure, which includes both on-premise and cloud-based services. You will work closely with various teams to learn and apply best practices in IT services across different platforms.

What you'll do

• Support the Managed-Infra team by implementing and documenting best practices.
• Assist in designing IT solutions and help with capacity planning for services and infrastructure.
• Participate in daily operational tasks, hardware and software support.
• Help improving IT service performance and remediating any issues.

What you'll need

• Strong understanding of Linux administration.
• Experience with scripting or programming languages.
• Familiarity with basic networking concepts.
• Experience with server/network hardware is a plus.
• Willingness to learn about various IT tools and technologies.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to handle pressure and solve problems effectively
