• Regulatory Roadmap: Develop and own the product roadmap for regulatory compliance, identifying and closing gaps to unlock new markets and ensure uninterrupted service for our users.

• Proactive Security: Lead the strategy against financial crime by spearheading the development of proactive fraud prevention systems and security features, keeping our users' money safe from emerging threats.

• Intelligent Automation: Drive the integration of automation and AI into our compliance and security operations, significantly improving efficiency and reducing the operational workload.

• Product Leadership: Guide and inspire a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists to build, launch, and iterate on products that solve complex legal and security challenges.

• You possess a deep knowledge of financial regulations (like AML/KYC, PSD2), industry certifications, and audit processes.

• You have a proven track record of leading and inspiring high-performing product teams, ideally within a fast-paced FinTech or RegTech environment.

• You have experience leveraging data, automation, and AI to solve complex operational problems and improve product effectiveness.
