The ideal candidate will be a commercially-driven leader with a proven track record of managing and expanding key accounts. You will strategically position our service and product portfolios to capture market share and drive top-line growth. While maintaining a high-level commercial vision, you will remain hands-on, bridging the gap between client requirements and laboratory operations to ensure our service delivery is optimized for productivity and profitability. By identifying market opportunities and shaping concrete operational improvements, you will ensure our value proposition consistently meets the evolving needs of our major strategic partners.

We are looking for someone with leadership skills, who is not afraid to stimulate open communication. You should be naturally curious and creative when it comes to transforming the business. Figures should not intimidate you, as you will be responsible for profit and loss statements, as well as driving Mergers and Acquisitions due-diligence and post-merger integration programmes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of working experience in a leadership position.
• Minimum of 3 years full P&L responsibility with demonstrated biopharma services market and laboratories knowledge.
• Masters’ degree or higher (or equivalent).
• Proficient in Dutch and English.
